GXC products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal usage conditions from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware malfunction under normal use
- Technical support assistance
- Repair or replacement service as per company policy

Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Liquid or fire damage
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Power surge or electrical damage
- Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claim Requirements:
- Valid purchase invoice/bill
- Product serial number or warranty label
- Product in serviceable condition
Warranty service may include inspection, repair, or replacement depending on product condition and company policy.
